What’s Next?

Life after Ravenscliffe can be very daunting for our students and their families. Below is a chart showing the destinations for our leavers over previous years.

Through our transition coffee mornings, and our annual transition event and lessons our students have the opportunity to speak with Post 19 providers. The students also have opportunities to visit the various sites to help them inform their decision and ensure it’s the right future provision for them. Following this, each student is further supported through their EHCP meeting working closely with school and their families.
