Life after Ravenscliffe can be very daunting for our students and their families. Below is a chart showing the destinations for our leavers over previous years.

Through our transition coffee mornings and transition lessons our students have the opportunity to speak with Post 19 providers. Following this, each student through their EHCP meeting, is supported to make a decision about their future provision.

We have some great resources available below where you can get up to date information about all the providers out there.
